This was a collaboration between TV channels TF1 and MTV and radio station NRJ directly inspired from Dance machine. 2 concerts were planned, but audiences were not big enough so only a compilation was released for edition 2

A part of the lineup performed in club Velfarre, based in Roppongi district in Tokyo. Other artists (for instance the Prodigy, Joi Cardwell, The Federation, Elisabeth Troy, Ultra Sonic, Foul Play, Mad Lion et Reel 2 Real) did their appearances at Club Soul Velvet, also in Tokyo. A Dance Camp was alos held in Osaka on 8/18 and in Tokyo on 8/26.
